whiteout - imbiancato

I've always adored WHITE CHRISTMAS. Especially when it was in the BIG APPLE during the opening of BROADWAY or maybe in the mountain behind my house in the WESTERN PANHANDLE of the BOOTSHAPED PENINSULA on the MED...but honestly in NOVEMBER 3" of white which sort of stares at you from the ground behind, in front and on top of the house is sort of incongruent. It is the major existential challenge of the week. To drive or not to drive to MOM's house where she is expecting me for three days of merriment. The roads look pretty clean but Bro has gone out to get the oil changed in his car and will give me some feedback which will permit me to decide my destiny, or rather, my destination for the day. So in the meanwhich I am sort of kind of enjoying the whiteout which is staring at me from the ground in the yard under the trees in front of the house...thankful that it was today and not next THURSDAY when I have to get to the airport.
