Slowly returning Lento ritorno

So many things have happened since I last wrote to you all. Cleo our beaglcuda is in that special place where wonderful pups go when the pass on.

Tante cose sono successa dal ultima volta che vi ho scritto. Cleo, la nostra bealcuda è andato in quel posto speciale dove vanno i nostri amici pelosi quando passano da questa vita.

Lots of breakfasts and teas have passed under the bridge of life whilst I was watching the water flow by.

Tanti colazioni e thè sono passati sotto il ponte della vita mentre guardavo scorrere l'acqua.

Our olive trees have flowered and lost their crop from the olive fly, drought and bad weather but their beauty remains a stable part of our lives.

Le nostre piante di ulive sono fioriti e poi perso le olive causa mosca, siccità e brutto tempo ma la loro bellezza rimane parte stabile della nostra vita.

The cyclamin plants have grown blossomed died and regrown since I last wrote you...time flies whilst you watch the water flow under the bridge..slowly but surely I stopped watching the water flow and decided to return to writing, sharing and partecipating actively again...Summer was difficult but even that has passed...a positive swing towards a new normalcy. 

I ciclamini sono cresciuti fioriti morti e ricresciuti dal ultima volta vi ho scritto...il tempo vola mentre guardi l'acqua scorrere sotto il ponte...lentamente ma sicuramente ho smesso di guardare scorrere l'acqua e decisi tornare a scrivere, condividere e partecipare attivamente ... Estate era difficile ma anche quello è passato...un virare verso una nuova normalità - positivo direi.

HANGIN IN THERE STESE FANTASIOSE

Recently an architect friend of mine invented and posted a couple of fabulously inventive ways of drying clothing in Winter...and since WINTER IS COMING and the damp is already here why bother with trying to dry your clothes outside if you happen to have two crib railings which can be used for HANGIN IN THERE in the kitchen in front of the wood-burning stove? And just think - in Summer the railings get used as anti beagle doors in the kitchen - the railing fits into the frame of the sliding door, close the window till it is blocked and voilà - no beagle no stealing food!

Recentemente un amica architetta ha inventata e poi postato un paio di inventive modi fantastiosi per stendere vestiti in Inverno...e tanto che INVERNO STA ARRIVANDO e l'umido uggioso cè già perche diventare matti cercando di asciugare i tuoi vestiti fuori quando in casa ci sono due ringhiere di culla che possono essere usati per STESE FANTASIOSE nella cucina davanti alla stufa legna?  E pensate che queste ringhiere di culla vengono usati in Estate come anti beagle chiusure - si posa uno dentro la cornice della porta finestra scorrevole della cucina---la ringhiera culla sta direttamente dentro e basta chiudere la porta finestra affinche si blocca la ringhiera et voiòà - no beagle no furto cibo!
